Fatima, Lauren Dascher and Shannon Edwards from the CRMfGT team will cover all the aspects of their virtual transition from a broad stroke overview, to team management with motivation and communication, to learning from strategies used by their top fundraising Counselor Team; other ways to raise funds. Lauren Dascher is a native New Yorker with 8+ years of experience in the entertainment industry whose passion for volunteering turned into a career change to the non-profit sector. She joined the Camp team over a year ago and enjoys combining her coordination expertise and passion for the heart-centered mission of Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times as Events Manager.
Session III-Virtual Walk: Volunteer Counselor Team Strategies for Success
For the final and 3rd presention, in a 3 part series; Shannon Edwards will be sharing the success of their Volunteer Counselor Walk for Kids Team, diving into their keys to success in raising more than $80,000! In 2017, Shannon joined the CRMfGT organization full time as a Program Associate. In addition to implementing current Camp programs, Shannon is growing Camp’s year-round Teen Leadership Program and the Alumni Development program. Shannon’s passion for camping has grown her an extensive skill set and knowledge base that she uses to build meaningful relationships, advocate for campers and staff, and foster positive outcomes in others.
