The Gold Ribbon Accreditation program is an education program intended to help COCA member camp organizations identify policies and practices, specific to their setting and population, that are documented and delivered in the course of providing a medically and emotionally safe pediatric oncology camp experience. 

This session is the Gold Ribbon Accreditation Training for 2023 Visitors who will be assigned to specific camps to verify the Camps operation within the Gold Ribbon Standards. The training consists of defining Gold Ribbon Accreditation, its benefits, benefits of being a visitor, Accreditation process, goals and expectations of an on-site camp visit, communication between the visitors and the camp, and instructions on how to use the online portal for document review.  this educational training is by invitation to the 2023 Camps to be visited.
